Chef & Owner

               I would like to welcome all the viewers to the page ,this project is highly inspired by chefs like Ferran adria and Heston Blumenthal . My love and passion for food was there within me since childhood watching my dad cook . I completed my education from Chandigarh Institute of Hotel Management ,India  and started as a trainee for big names Trident Hilton (Oberio's group Gurgaon) and Shivalikview .My eagerness and hunger to grow in this Industry bought me too Australia where i qualified as a chef and on the spare time started as a cook for Langham Melbourne .

                   From that point there was no looking back in 7 years time i worked with some of the big names in Industry Crown Casino (banquets) ,Vue de Monde ,Melbourne racing club ,Rodlaver arena ,Nobu , Belucci's and lot of Vip function in Melbourne and Canberra .My intrest in combining flavours and food chemistry kept on growing along the way . Which i kept on daily rountine in my spare time .

                    Lab!5.a.M is my new project which is non profit and running for a charitable cause .This Lab would serving an unexpectble tasting Menu taking dinning into next level and i welcome food lovers around the world this is an small project on its begning so its a low scale project but food  and standard will be nothing less then a Michelin star organisation . So come enjoy and go through this amazing journey of flavours
